What is it?
It is a group of specialists, working together on a project.

Why is it virtual?
1. Because depending on a project the group can consist of different people and in minimal case it can be only me who works on the project.
People who worked together with me on the projects in different periods of time: Natalia Kovaleva, , Olga Ponomarenko, Boris Vyshegorodskih, Alexey Rodkin, Vsevolod Taranenko, Elena Ustinova.
2. Because we don't sit in an office, but work dispersed, where each of us finds it more convenient, since the modern communication technologies make it possible.
These two reasons give it some virtuality and make it different from what is usually called studio.

Are there any more features determining specificity?
It is my special conceptual comprehensive method of dealing with creative tasks.
This makes it possible to create bright extraordinary solutions in the following main areas:

ideas,

public architecture and interiors,

residential architecture and interiors,

graphic design,

web design,

and integrated solutions, as the best way to form complex and integral effective environment,
for example: architecture + interior + interior objects + corporate identity + web site + logo + name of the restaurant/shop/etc.,
or conversely: name + logo + web site + corporate identity + interior objects + interior + architecture.

What do we produce as the results of our creative activity?
Architectural and/or design projects at different stages.
Also we provide follow-on and collaboration with construction, engineering, building, production and other organizations with a view to realizing the exact ideas of the design.

Now some additional information concerning who is Dmitry Kovalev.
In 1994 I finished the school, physico-mathematical class, and entered Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Lomonosov Moscow State University. After studying there for a year I entered Moscow Architectural Institute in 1995. In 2002, after seven-year studying, I defended "Architecture in extreme relief conditions" master's dissertation and graduated from MARHI as a Master of Architecture. In the same year I entered postgraduate course at MARHI, which I attended till 2005. At the same period of time, from 2004 I worked in "Discipline Global Architecture" studio as an architect, a designer, a group leader, senior architect of a project, a deputy chief in creative work and personnel areas. In 2005 DGA studio broke up. From 2004 I also work as a senior teacher at "Environment Design" department of Moscow Design and Technology University - teaching the "Designing", including supervising of graduation projects, and also in different years teached the following subjects: "Engineering bases of design", "Equipment", "Spatial composition". Students' projects supervised by me participated and took prizes in competitions. From 2001 I am a member of International Association "Society of Designers". I took part and won awards in various competitions and exhibitions, some results of this activity in form of awards and projects can be seen in corresponding sections of the site.
